Born in West Chester, Amy Beeman was the daughter of the late Armando and Ruth Donnelly Calvarese.
Amy was a very creative freelance artist. She has done fine art restorations on paintings, sculpture and antiques. She was skilled at portraits and murals. There are numerous examples of her work in the Kennett and Delaware area. The large wall mural on the back of the antique mall was painted by Amy.
She had more than 30 years experience in antique sales and decorative arts. For the past 20 years she has been assessing antiques and performing estate reductions for her customers. Most recently, her antique store was located at the Pennsbury Antique Mall in Chadds Ford.
